Track 1 of 5
Many developer portfolios look alike: a header, a grid of cards and a list of technologies with skill bars. I wanted one that people would remember and that, at the same time, showed how I work.
The metaphor was a record label:
- Every project is an album, with its cover.
- Its case study is split into tracks, and each track’s length is its reading time.
- Technologies appear in the credits, with their role in that project.
- What doesn’t exist yet is an upcoming release: no demo, no results.
The label needed a face: a vinyl-toy bunny that hosts, follows the pointer and introduces each album.
The condition was that the metaphor shouldn’t get in the way. Someone in a hurry should find out within seconds who I am, what I’ve built and how to reach me.
