Track 1 of 5
A local glazing company did good work (shower screens, façades, railings, windows), but had nowhere to show it. It relied on word of mouth and on sending loose photos over WhatsApp.
Looking into it, two audiences appeared, each deciding in a different way:
- Homeowners, who choose by photos, proximity and trust.
- Architecture studios and builders, who look for cases similar to theirs, technical capability and fast replies.
The website had to convince both with the same content, and the business had to be able to update it without depending on a developer.
This project wasn’t a commission: it was my own proposal to the business. That changed the priorities: the goal was for the owner to say “yes” and start using it, not to deliver a list of features.
